“Make up should enhance a woman’s own natural beauty. When working with make up remember less is better. We can all be our own make up artist, we just need the right tools and products to define us!” -Wendi

Twenty years of experience in the beauty industry and my passion for learning has not ceased. It has helped to define the creative artist in me.  I have worked with several amazing cosmetic lines in the retail end and professional end. I have had the pleasure to work with such artists as Carol Shaw, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier and Trish McEvoy. I have also worked with models and photographers in the print, media arena. Over the past few years I had the opportunity to help to establish an incredible salon and spa brand Mirabella Cosmetics. I was their Regional Manager and traveled throughout the country and internationally teaching various classes and educating people about the world of make up. I am also a regular guest speaker at the Make-up Artist Academy. Currently I am a contributor to Nirvana Woman magazine. I write various beauty articles, upcoming makeup trend reports and answer questions as the "Beauty Addict".

Make up is a form of art for me. My friends joke that when I was born I came out with a palette in one hand and a brush in the other. Through all my travels I am always asked what I love about my job the most and my answer is this, truly changing the way people think about themselves.

Favorite Technique: My favorite technique for the eye is using a liner brush to create a fine line along the eye lash line to open up the eye. This allows the “eye” itself to be the focal point not the make up.
